At Indonesion market places you can find many sorts of crackers, such as the "Kerupuk Singkong", or Cassave Chips as we call it in English. The Conimex Cassave Chips are made of the roots of the cassava plant. The cassave plant adds a delicious flavour to this tasty side dish. In Indonesia you will see crackers everywhere. And nowadays it is often used as an in-between meal as well!
