The Conimex Stir Fry Oil has a high smoke point and can withstand high temperatures. This is ideal for stir frying. This stir fry oil consists of peanut oil, palm oil and coconut oil and has a amazing smell because of the herbal and spices extracts.

Directions

Pre-heat the wok on high temperature. Add two or three table spoons of Conimex Stir-fry Oil. Add the sliced meat or fish and vegetables. Make sure the sliced ingredients are not too wet. Constantly stir-fry all ingredients until fully cooked.

Tip: after you added the stir-fry oil wait until little bubbles appear. Once the tiny bubbles appeared the oil is ready to stir fry.

At temperatures below 7ºC the stir-fry oil will solidify. However, this does not affect the quality of the product. When the temperature rises again the stir-fry oil will get back to its original form.

Store in a cool dry place away from light and heat.
