Conimex Herb Mix Bami Special

Ingredients (for 4 portions)

  • 250 g Conimex dried egg noodles
  • 350 g boneless pork loin steak
  • 2 tablespoons Conimex Wok Oil
  • 1 leek, sliced
  • 250 g white cabbage, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 125 g bean sprouts
  • 1 red chilli, chopped
  • 1 pack Conimex Mix for Bami Special

Directions (for 4 portions)

Prepare the noodles to pack instructions. For bite size noodles break up before cooking. Drain the noodles, then rinse with cold water and drain again. Dice the pork.

Stir-fry the diced pork in the of Conimex Wok Oil until golden brown. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Add the pack of Conimex Herb Mix Bami Special and 100 ml of water. Stir-fry until the water evaporates.

When the water has evaporated, add the noodles and herb mix and warm on low heat.


Add Conimex Sweet Soy Sauce, sambal and seroendeng to taste.
