Nasi coriander chicken satay & Satay Sauce

Cut the chicken breast into long thin slices. Mix the chicken with 1 teaspoon Conimex Sambal Manis, 1 tablespoon Conimex Wok Oil and pepper and salt to taste. Thread the chicken slices on the skewers lengthwise (2-3 slices per stick).
Prepare the rice according to instructions on the package. Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and leave to drain well. Cut the string beans into diamond shapes. Cook for 5 minutes in a large pot of boiling water. Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and drain. Grill the satay in a grill pan until brown on all sides and done for about 10 minutes.
Heat a wok, add a tablespoon of Conimex Wok Oil and stir-fry the beans for 2 minutes. Add the vegetable mix (from the pack Conimex Herb Mix Nasi Special), 100 ml water 1 teaspoon Conimex Sambal Manis (or to taste) and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Put the rice, the spice mix (from the Conimex Herb Mix Nasi Special pack) and half of the coriander in the mix and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Heat the Conimex Satay Sauce on low heat according to instructions on the package.
Divide the nasi between 4 bowls or plates. Serve the satay on the side. Add some satay sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the coriander. Serve the rest of the warm satay sauce separately.
