Nasi Special with chicken and lime

Prepare the rice according to instructions on the package. Drain the rice, rinse with cold water and leave to drain well. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into pieces. Zest the lime and squeeze out the juice.
Heat a wok, pour in the Conimex Wok Oil and stir-fry the chicken for 3 minutes. Stir-fry the leek, cabbage, onion, beansprouts and the carrot together with the vegetable mix (from the Conimex Herb Mix Nasi Special pack) and 100 ml water for 5 minutes.
Put in the rice, the zest, the Conimex Sweet Soy Sauce and the spice mix (from the Conimex Herb Mix Nasi Special pack). Stir-fry for about another 3 minutes an add lime juice for extra taste.
Divide the nasi between 4 plates and sprinkle the Conimex Cassave Crackers over the dish.
Replace the Conimex Sweet Soy Sauce with Conimex Ketjap Manis for an even more refined taste.
