Nasi with stir-fried prawns, Thai wok vegetables and coriander

Prepare the rice according to instruction on the package. Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and leave to drain well.
Chop the coriander coarsely. Peel and slice the garlic. Heat a wok on high heat, add the Conimex Wok Oil and stir fry the vegetables for 8 minutes.
Put 1 teaspoon Conimex Sambal Manix, the prawns and the garlic in the mix and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Put the rice and the Conimex Wok Sauce Sweet Soy in the mix and warm well. Mix in ¾ of the coriander.
Divide the nasi between 4 bowls or plates and sprinkle with the rest of the coriander.
Add Conimex Naturel Prawn Crackers to the nasi with stir-fried prawns, Thai vegetables and coriander for a tasty crunch.
Replace the prawns with (thawed from frozen) mixed seafood.
