Noodle soup with spring onions, wok sauce sweet soy and jumbo prawns
Ingredients (for 2 portions)
Directions (for 2 portions)
Cut the spring onion into pieces. Bring 750 ml water to the boil with the stock cube. Stir until dissolved.
Heat a wok, add 2 tablespoons Conimex Wok Oil and stir-fry the prawns for 2 minutes. Add the cabbage and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the Conimex Wok Sauce Sweet Soy and stir-fry for another minute.
Add the stock and let it come to a boil. When it boils, add the spring onion, cherry tomatoes and Conimex Wok Noodles and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve the noodle soup with spring onions and king prawns with extra Conimex Sweet Soy added for extra taste.
