Stir-fried chicken with pointed cabbage, chives and rice

Prepare the rice according to instruction on the package. Drain in a colander. Meanwhile cut the pointed cabbage into small pieces.
Heat a wok, add the Conimex Wok Oil and stir-fry the chicken for 5 minutes. Add the cabbage and stir-fry for another 6 minutes. Add the Conimex Wok Sauce Sweet Soy and warm well. Put the chives in the mix.
Divide the rice between 4 plates and top with the stir-fried chicken with cabbage and chives.
Serve some crispy Conimex Naturel Prawn Crackers, Sambal Badjak with the Stir-fried chicken with pointed cabbage, chives and rice.
Add 2 mandarins in segments together with the Conimex Wok Sauce Sweet Soy.
