Stir fried nasi with lime and bacon

Prepare the rice according to instructions on the package. Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and leave it to drain well. Mix the vegetable mix (from the Conimex Herb Mix Nasi Special pack) with 100 ml of boiling water. Leave it to soak for at least 10 minutes.
Wash and zest the lime and squeeze out the juice. Heat a wok and stir-fry the bacon for 3 minutes. Add the vegetables and the soaked vegetable mix and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Put the rice, half of the lime zest, the spice mix (from the Conimex Herb Mix Nasi Special pack) and some lime juice in the mix for extra taste.) Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Divide the nasi between 4 plates and sprinkle with the rest of the lime zest. Serve with the Conimex Prawn Crackers.
Serve the nasi with lime and bacon with soy sauce added to taste.
