Stir-fry Teriyaki beef mince with broccoli and shiitake

Prepare the rice according to instructions of the package. Meanwhile, wash and cut the broccoli into small florets. Cut the shiitakes in half.

Heat a wok, add the Conimex Wok Oil and stir-fry the mince for 2 minutes. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add the shiitake and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Put the Conimex Wok sauce Teriyaki in the mix and heat it well up.

Divide the warm rice over 4 large plates, spoon (graag aanpassen naar put) the teriyaki mince with vegetables next to it and sprinkle some crumbled Conimex Cassave Crackers and coriander over the dish.

Serving suggestion

Add some crunch to the teriyaki beef mince with broccoli and shiitakes with Conimex Fried Onions and add Conimex Sambal Oelek for extra taste.

Variations

For a vegetarian version, substitute the minced meat with vegetarian mince or cubed tofu.
