Sweet & sour chicken with red onion, celery and rice

Prepare the rice according instructions on the package. Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and leave to drain.
Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Cut the celery into thin slices and the tomatoes into 8 wedges each.
Heat a wok over high heat, add the Conimex wok oil and stir-fry the chicken 3 minutes. Add the celery and onion and stir-fry 4 minutes. Add the garlic and the tomato and stir-fry 1 minute
Add the rice and the Conimex Wok Sauce Sweet & Sour and stir-fry 2 minutes. Mix half of the coriander or parsley into the dish, divide between 4 plates or bowls and sprinkle with the remaining herbs.
Serve crispy Conimex Fried Onions and atjar tjampoer with the Sweet & Sour chicken with red onion, celery and rice.
Use green asparagus instead of celery. Cut large, thick asparagus into slanting slices and small ones in three pieces.
