Sweet & sour chicken with snow peas and red onion

Prepare the Conimex Wok Noodles in plenty of water according instructions on the package. Drain them in a colander, rinse briefly with cold water and leave to drain well.

Cut the chicken into pieces. Peel the onion and cut into large pieces. Cut the pepper into strips.

Heat a wok over high heat, add the Conimex Wok Oil and stir-fry the chicken for 3 minutes. Add the red onion, pepper and the snow peas and stir-fry for another 4 minutes.

Add 8-10 tablespoons Conimex Wok Sauce Sweet & Sour and stir-fry for 1 minute. Put the mix in the wok noodles and heat until warm.

Serving suggestion

Sweet & sour chicken with snow peas and red onion tastes good with slices of cucumber, seroendeng and Conimex Naturel Prawn Crackers.

Variations

Substitute the chicken with fried large prawns.
