Teriyaki beef strips with crispy carrot and celery

Prepare the rice according to instructions of the package. Wash the carrots and slice thinly. Wash the celery and cut into small pieces. Keep the green leaves.
Heat a large wok over high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of Conimex Wok Oil and stir-fry the carrot for 3 minutes. Add the celery and beef strips and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Put the Conimex Wok Sauce Teriyaki in the mix and stir-fry for another minute. Divide the rice and the teriyaki beef strips between 4 deep bowls or plates. Sprinkle the celery leaves over the dish.
Substitute the carrot with halved green beans. This dish also tastes good with Conimex Wok Noodles instead of rice.
