Teriyaki chicken with spinach and noodles

Prepare the noodles in plenty of water according instructions on the package. Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water until the noodles are cold and leave to drain. Meanwhile, cut the chicken into pieces and finely chop the chilli pepper. Peel and chop the onions.

Heat a wok over high heat, add the Conimex Wok Oil and stir-fry the pepper with the onion and the smoked chicken for 3 minutes. Add the spinach in 4 portions. Stir-fry each time until the spinach has wilted before adding the next portion.

Put the noodles in the mix and stir-fry until they are warmed through. Stir in the Conimex Wok Sauce Teriyaki. Heat up well.

Crumble a prawn cracker over the wok and mix in. Divide the teriyaki chicken and noodle between 4 plates or large bowls and serve the rest of the Conimex Natural Prawn Crackers.

Serving suggestion
