Teriyaki noodle salad with smoked chicken

Prepare the Conimex Wok Noodles according to instructions of the package. Put the noodles into a large bowl. Cut the smoked chicken breast into strips. Wash the lemon, zest and squeeze out the juice. Mix the juice with the zest, the chicken strips and the noodles.
Wash the peppers and cut into diamonds. Peel the cucumber and halve lengthwise. Cut the halves into ½ cm slices. Heat a large wok on high heat. Pour in the Conimex Wok Oil and stir-fry the pepper, cucumber and cabbage for 2 minutes.
Then mix with the Conimex Wok Sauce Teriyaki and stir-fry for another minute. Allow the mixture to cool down. Mix the vegetables with the noodles and serve the salad cold.
For even more flavour, serve with Conimex Prawn Crackers.
This teriyaki honey noodle salad with smoked chicken is also delicious with peeled shrimps instead of chicken. Mix in some crispy green salad leaves just before serving.
